RE: Priority Processing and Waiver of Development Fees for the
Adrian Subdivision Project
Mikal Torgerson is the architect and developer for this 20-unit
development (Adrian Subdivision). The project is located at the
southeast corner of Vine Drive and Impala Drive and will have 100% of
the units affordable to households at 80% and below Area Median
Income (AM I).
The project meets the City's definition for affordability and qualifies for
Priority Processing and a 100% waiver of its Development Review Fees.
The waiver only applies to fees charged by the Current Planning
Department.
Please implement Priority Processing procedures for this project's
development review process. The developer will be submitting an
application for review to the Current Planning Department in the next
week.
