Dear Ms. Rakosnik
Thank you for your July 16, 2004, email requesting a public hearing on the Adrian Project Development
Plan (P.D.P.).
The Adrian P.D.P. is currently in the development review process. An Administrative Public Hearing will
be held in approximately three to six months. A hearing officer, likely a land -use attorney from Denver, will
conduct the hearing. Neighbors will be notified of the hearing date by mail at least two weeks prior to the
hearing.
As the proposal proceeds through the City's development review process, I strongly urge you to continue
your involvement, including attendance at the upcoming neighborhood meeting on August 12 and the
future Administrative public hearing.
Please feel free to contact the project planner, Steve Olt, in our Current Planning Department if you have
any concerns or questions about the review process. Mr. Olt can be reached at 221-6750 or by e-mail at
solt(cDfcgov.com.
Sincerely,
Darin A. Atteberry

I am requesting a public hearing. I feel it is necessary for our
neighborhood to be involved in the development of 2333 W. Vine dr. The
proposed plot plan shows a U-shaped private drive intersecting Impala
Drive so that three properties on the east side can be accessed. Why are
the planners trying to devlope that land in such a way that people are
crowded together? When people are crowded their patients lessens.
Please tell me why this proposal is a good idea.
Thank you. Ann Rakosnik
