Subject: Development Proposal for 2333 West Vine Drive
We join the residents and neighbors of the properties surrounding 2333 West Vine Drive in urging you to
deny approval of the plans as submitted. As submitted, the development plans are ***OUT OF
CHARACTER*** with the surrounding area, which is primarily single-family dwellings and small country
acreages. To subdivide the subject property into 9 lots is unreasonable, as each lot would barely meet the
6,000 square foot requirement, and only if measured from the center point of the U-shaped drive being
proposed. Traffic impacts to the area are also unreasonable. A lower -density design should be the only
allowable use.
We urge you to call a Public Hearing for this proposed project.
