As submitted, the development plans are ***OUT OF CHARACTER*** with the surrounding area, which is primarily single-family dwellings and small country acreages. To subdivide the subject property into 9 lots is unreasonable, as each lot would barely meet the 6,000 square foot requirement, and only if measured from the center point of the U-shaped drive being proposed. Traffic impacts to the area are also unreasonable. A lower -density design should be the only allowable use. We urge you to call a Public Hearing for this proposed project. Sincerely, Thomas M.
