The project is located at the southeast corner of Vine Drive and Impala Drive and will have 100% of the units affordable to households at 80% and below Area Median Income (AMI). The project meets the City's definition for affordability and qualifies for Priority Processing and a 100% waiver of its Development Review Fees. The waiver only applies to fees charged by the Current Planning Department. Please implement Priority Processing procedures for this project's development review process.
