What is this? This is required of Planning on all their site plans, the owner needs to sign off stating they accept conditions and restrictions noted on a site plan. This signature is only needed at the end when Planning gets mylars of the site plan for recordation purposes. It's fairly standard language. >ee lot lines, easements and public..... Do I need this? Yes, this needs to show up on the site plan so that the reviewers (and future residents) can see where improvements are in relationship to lot lines, easements, and rights -of -way. >Under #10 Subdivision plat. > Is this applicable I to XII? It should all be, provided you are platting the project. Zoning should have officially said at Conceptual Review originally if a plat is required. If it's not required through the City, it may still be something you'd want to pursue, especially if these units are to be single family attached where you want to create lot lines. >Anne and I felt that number XIII applies but not the previous >entries. If there is any entry under XIII that is not applicable, let >me know. I guess I don't understand why we wouldn't require 1-13, name of subdivision, vicinity map, etc, again assuming a plat is either required by the City (Zoning) or wanted from your end. If neither scenario applies, then there's no need to worry about a plat overall. >Under #13 Utility Plans > which entries apply and which are not applicable? Everything would apply, except perhaps (f) as no new road design is being proposed. Let me know if this clarifies things Thanks, Marc P. Virata, P.E.
