RE: 300 Smith Street Modification of Standards Approval
Dear Rosita,
On Thursday, December 4, 2003, at the regular meeting of the City of Fort
Collins Planning and Zoning Board, the Board voted 7-0 to approve the
requested Modification of Standards for 300 Smith Street, File #39-03.
A Project Development Plan (P.D.P.) application is still necessary to conduct the
detailed review of the project if you intend to proceed. Such P.D.P. application
will need to be submitted within one calendar year from the date of the
modification approval.
This modification allows you to deviate from Section 3.5.2(D)(2) of the Land Use
Code to reduce the required residential building setback along the Olive Street
frontage from 15 feet to 12 feet.
