07/03/2013: The traffic study mentions that a Full movement intersection or possibly a 3/4 movement
intersection are likely for combined access onto Timberline. It should be noted that preliminary
information from the Timberline design would suggest that a 3/4 movement or possibly right in and
right out is likely for this intersection.

Topic: Site Plan
Comment Number: 2
Comment Originated: 07/03/2013
07/03/2013: Access easements shown on the site plan should be called access alignments as the
City can not dedicate easements to itself. These will need to be processed by separate document.
