The subdivision plat is in a condition that enables it to be
scheduled for an administrative public hearing. A date and time is
being established for the hearing. The required Affected Property
Owners notification letter must go out in the mail at least 14
calendar prior to the hearing.
Be sure and return all red -lined plans if and when you re -submit.

and sewer services; therefore, if the property is subdivided, water
and sewer services must be extended into the site from the City
mains in Riverside for the second property, and the associated
development fees must be paid for these services.

service lines to these buildings, and provide utility easements for
utility service lines to south building.
