The project is known as 1626 Riverside Avenue Subdivision, File #8-04. This is a request for a one -lot subdivision plat for the property located at 1626 Riverside Avenue, north of East Prospect Road and east of Riverside Avenue. The site is zoned I — Industrial. If you have any interest or concern about this proposed project, you are encouraged to attend this public hearing. At the hearing, you will have the opportunity to hear from the City staff and the project applicant about the details of the project. You will also be given the opportunity to state your views about the project. The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
