This letter acknowledges receipt of the petition and map for the above annexation to the
City of Fort Collins. Staff from the Larimer County Planning, Engineering and Health
Departments met to review these materials.
The map indicates the annexation to cover Lot 2 of Liebl MRD (which would be Parcel
Number 86082-06-702) and adjacent road rights -of -way. This parcel is currently zoned
FA-1, and is located in the Growth Management Area. This parcel is also in the Fossil
Creek Reservoir Area Plan's TDU Receiving Area.
Under the Intergovernmental Agreement Regarding Cooperation on Managing Urban
Development, Section 8.B.Annexations, the City agrees not to annex property east of
CRI 1 and south of CR 36 unless the County requires or requests it to do so. Larimer
County has neither required or requested annexation of this parcel, at this time.
