Subject: Adrian Development Proposal
I would like to everyone know that we are totally against the Adrian developing of the property at 2333 W
Vine Drive here are some of the reasons that we would like for you all to take into consideration
The density of this proposal is out of character with the surrounding neighborhood.
The proposed cluster of Affordable Housing in NOT compatible with the existing areas.
It must remain as one parcel with the developer paying ALL street costs.
We are against the use of the private drive, since this creates lots one fourth to one half the size of our
lots on Impala.
Please review our requests.......
