Subject: Citizen Sandy Knox
This is to summarize my understanding regarding citizen Sandy Knox who arrived at the City Manager's
Office after 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 3rd requesting a meeting with Darin Atteberry regarding
Adrian ODP.
As it was after hours and the computer systems were shut down, she allowed me to take her contact
information with the understanding that I would contact her the following week. I contacted Patty Storm
who was able to give me the following background. Sandy Knox is a citizen who has already been in
contact with Greg Byrne, Cameron Gloss and Felix Lee. The Community Planning & Environmental
Services department have spent considerable time with Ms. Knox explaining the development process
and the steps that have been taken to have the Adrian Open Development Project approved.
I telephoned Ms. Knox yesterday afternoon and she stated that over the weekend she thought her request
through and felt that she may have jumped the gun and felt as though she would like to continue to work
with Gregory Byrne and Cameron Gloss. I confirmed with her that she no longer wanted to meet with
Darin at this time.
