The project is known as The Human Bean Drive -Through Coffee — Project Development Plan, #28-04A. This is a request for a drive -through coffee shop with two drive -through lanes and a walk-up located at approximately 799 North College Avenue. The property is zoned CN, Commercial -North College. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your interest and input in this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, but would like to provide input, written comments are welcome. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed.
