Dear Resident:
On Thursday, February 22"d, 2007, at 4:00 p.m. in the City of Fort Collins Current
Planning Conference Room A, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, CO.*, the
City of Fort Collins Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an Administrative Hearing
for a development proposal which is in your neighborhood. The project is known Willow
Street Lofts Project Development Plan — #24-04.
The proposed Willow Street Lofts project is a mixed -use dwelling development. Twenty
residential units and 9280sf of commercial space are proposed. The property is zoned
RDR—River Downtown Redevelopment District.
If you have any interest or concern about this proposed project, you are encouraged to
attend this public hearing. At the hearing, you will have the opportunity to hear from City
staff and the project applicant about the details of the project. You will also be given an
opportunity to state your views about the project.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners
may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
