When we last visited regarding this matter you indicated that Lagunitas needed to provide legal descriptions (both hard and electronic copies) to your office. What other information does the City need for this request? Jon would also like to setup a meeting to discuss this matter with yourself, City Real Estate (Ralph Campano) and Bob Barkeen. Would you have time available either next week or the following week? If so, please provide dates/times that would work best for your schedule. Jeff Hill who noted the question originally. >>> Jean Helburg 12/02/04 10:38AM >>> Until we determine the final access for customers to parking, including handicap parking close to the facility entrance, for the new recreation center, I hate to start giving easements for the alley or for the landscape/sidewalk request. jh >>> Ralph Campano 12/02/04 10:22AM >>> Thanks for the update Sheri, I am copying this to all those involved for their input. In addition to the alley vacation, it is my understanding that Jon has a few more real estate request in order to make his Pine Street Lofts project fly: Jon wants to buy the north 10' of the alley vacation that goes to the City (United Way site). Jon wants to purchase a 10' landscape/sidewalk easement from the City on the north and west sides of his development. Jon wants to purchase a stormwater easement across the Atzlan site for drainage into the Poudre river. Jon will probably need temporary construction easements on City property. Jack Gianola has indicated that the project design for the future Northside Center will begin in early 2005. Until the plans for the Northside Center are complete, we will not be able to determine if staff can support the requested stormwater easement. Does anyone have a problem with us processing the request for the alley vacation, and other acceptable easements, prior to the stormwater easement request? Or, should we wait and submit all of Jon's alley vacation/real estate request to City Council at the same time? Thanks for your input, Ralph >>> Sheri Wamhoff 12/01/04 04:08PM >>> Kaye What we need is spelled out in the ordinance attached. But to start the process we need legal descriptions, maps, contact information, and a request identifying what you are asking for. At this point in time I am currently available next week as follows: Monday Dec 6: afternoon Tuesday Dec 7: 11-12 Wed Dec 8: afternoon
