Boti Barkeen Re_Using your property Nillow St Lofts _ _ _ _ 9 .
- The submittal also shows runoff to be conveyed across 'your' property. It shows pipes, which may not be
feasible due to the clay liner on the landfill. The water could be conveyed via a surface, swale instead of
pipes --but would you would want to make sure the swale worked with future access to the Northside from
the existing United parking lot?
That's it. Hope its clear enough for you to know what I'm asking about. Thanks.
Would you refresh my memory on what you have agreed to? You could also call me at 6225. thanks

Precisely what I was wondering about. Let the discussions continue on the plans as submitted. I'm sure
there's much more to clarify, but this answer helps.

Hi Clark,
We are in the process of purchasing the Willow Street house. We do not own it yet. I do not want to
indicate to Mr. Proudy that we have agreed to anything until we have an agreement on everything. This
includes his request to share the parking in the area for the theater. We have not yet designed our new
recreation center and it may be awhile before we can reach agreement with him. If that means the
development cannot be approved until these issues are worked out, he may have to wait. Thanks

Clark: Answers
1. The alley: Yes we will vacate our half of the alley and have the land go to the Willow Street project.
2. The Willow Street project can use the 10 feet section of land for sidewalk and landscape with proper
easement.
3. 1 think this is correct.? Anyone have more thoughts.
4. Jean will know if we have purchased the house?
5. The stormwater movement and water quality pond may have a major snag if EPA says no digging into
the landfill cap. New info we received just in the last few weeks. Any stormwater improvements are to be
designed to work with the new planned Northside Center.
My thoughts. Craig

We are reviewing a development submittal from Jon Prouty for this project, between the Giddings Bldg
and the new Aztlan site on Willow Street.
The plans indicate things that involve you, and I need to confirm and have my memory refreshed
regarding these things:
- the alley along the south edge of the United Day Care parking lot is shown to be vacated; and your half
will be used by the developer -presumably sold to him. Right?
- there is still about a 10' strip of land left between this existing alley to be vacated, and the north curb of
the parking lot. You will allow the developer to install a sidewalk and landscaping in this area, presumably
in a public acccess easement which you will dedicate if it does not already exist. Right?
- the developer will landscape a 9' strip along the east edge of the Northside property as a front yard tree
planting for the condos, which line the west edge of the development. Presumably you will provide some
kind of agreement if not an easement for this landscaping. Right?
- Have you bought the lot with the house on it, currently just east of the Northside? The submittal
indicates it to be gone, and the east 9' of the property to be used for its landscaping.
