[415/05] 1. The project schedule must be on the
erosion control plan.
2. There is no plan legend indicating the BMP's to be utilized.
3. What is the protection for the pipeline installation in College Avenue?
4. Plan indicates straw bales on hand (asphalt) surfaces. This doesn't work, please
choose a different BMP.
5. What is to protect the concrete installations to the east of the College Ave. silt fencing?

[4/6/05] The following departments have indicated that they have no problems or concerns
with this round of the plans: Building Inspection, Zoning, USPS, and Water Conservation.

[4/6/05] Mocha may or may not be enough contrast with asphalt for the sidewalk crossing.
Please provide a sample sheet with an accurate rendition of the color.
Number. 71 Created: 4/6/2005
[4/6/05] There is pretty substantial light spillage onto neighboring property to the north and
south. Please tweak the fixtures with sharp cutoff shielding, for example, to eliminate this
spillage. A color copy of the redline was given to Joe Carter at Staff Review.
Number: 72 Created: 4/6/2005
[4/6/05] 1 recommend that you relocate the site lighting fixture that is to the west of
pedestrian connection closer to the crossing so that it highlights the crossing for enhanced
safety. This is not a requirement.
