ELIZABETH, EBERL / SIMPSON - PDP - 22-04 - CORRESPONDENCE - (4)[7/14/04] Per Sec 3.2.1(E)(4), there needs to be a 6' high wood fence along the east lot line adjacent to the parking area, which includes the entire driveway length. However, per Sec. 3.8.11, the maximum height of the portion of the fence that extends between the front wall of the existing home and the street is limited to a maximum height of 4'. Be sure and return all of your redlined plans when you re -submit.
