Subject: 2300 W. Elizabeth PDP: Re -submittal Extension
Dear Jim,
The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved your request for a 30-day
extension to the West Elizabeth PDP Project re -submittal deadline, located at
2300 West Elizabeth Street. A previous 60-day extension was granted with
expiration on July 1, 2005. With a 30-day extension, your new resubmittal
deadline will be August 1, 2005.
This extension will hopefully give you sufficient time to resolve outstanding
issues. This extension is the last possible pursuant to LUC Section 2.2.11 (A).
