On Wednesday, October 9, 2013, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., at the Harmony Presbyterian
Church, 400 East Boardwalk Drive, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins
Planning Department will hold a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a
development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is referred to as J.F.K /
Boardwalk Office Plaza.
As proposed, the project consists of two office buildings. The first building would be
approximately 6,800 square feet and the second building would be about 1,500 square
feet. Both buildings would be one-story in height.
The site is located at the southeast corner of J.F.K. Parkway and Boardwalk Drive,
immediately north of the U.S. Postal Service. (Please see map on reverse.) The parcel
is 1.2 acres in size and located in the E, Employment zone district.
The proposed project participated in the City's pre -submittal process referred to as
Conceptual Review. For information about this project, please refer to City's website:
fcgov.com/ConceptualReview. (select May 20, 2013).
For further information about the citizen's role in the development review process,
please refer to the City's website: fcgov.com/CitizenReview.
The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official
records of the Larimer County Assessor and there may be a lag time between
occupancy and record keeping and rental situations causing some households to be
missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbors concerning this pending meeting so all
neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
