record 3 stamped copies of the December 12, 2013 TIS.

05/20/2014: Currently awaiting confirmation on the easement vacation request. Once confirmed,
please submit a legal description and exhibit showing the limits of the easement vacation. There will
be a recording fee required to record the vacation documents at the Larimer County Clerk and
Recorder. I will notify you of the recording fee amount once all documentation has been submitted
and approved. Current Larimer County recording fees are: $11 for the first page and $5 per page
thereafter to record documents.
