Subject: 120 day extension to Home Instead Plaza combined PDP/FP-FDP130042
Dear Mr. Bernth:
Staff has reviewed your request for a 120 day extension, as permitted in Section
2.2.11 of the Land Use Code, to resubmit a revised Project Development Plan. City
Staff provided written comments regarding review of the development proposal on
November 12th, 2013, therefore the application is due to expire on May 12th, 2014.
Based on your request, staff has approved the extension in accordance with
Section 2.2.11 of the Land Use Code. The 120 day extension will be granted until
September 3`d, 2014.
Please note that the project is eligible for a second, 60 day extension a request for
which must be received in writing at least 30 days prior to the date of expiration.

extension.

We are currently working on the Home Instead project at JFK and Boardwalk. Our second submittal deadline is May 13,
2014 and we would like a 30 day extension.
The delay is due wholly to trying to secure an EAE from the US Postal Service.
