[1/12/05] Curb stop and meter pit for Lot 2 must be in a landscaped area. Prefered location
would be near fire hydrant. This can be addressed at the PDP stage.
Instead of a resubmittal, please bring one paper set to JR in Technical Services to review for
scanability. Then run that copy by Susan Joy to make sure all these issues are addressed
sufficiently. Be sure to return her redlines. Once you have her thumbs up, you are ready to
go to mylar. In the interest of saving time, you may bring your mylars in at the same time
but make sure all the issues herein have been addressed to save having to redo them!

grey tones will scan, they appear too light to scan well.

easement. One maybe a patio or building and the other is a median. No structures of any
kind except a landscape median are allowed in utility easements and they will need to come
out if existing or they can't be built there if proposed. There will need to be a ten foot
separation between the 2 light fixtures shown and the sewer line Please clarify the drawings.
