Ralph,
I just wanted to let you and everyone else know that this stretch of W. Elizabeth St. has a 0' setback and
does not require a utility easement behind the walk. The utilities are located either in the street, under the
sidewalk, or behind the lots. y ,

I am responding with comments of Project Comment Sheet #23-04 Brazil 2004 Subdivision - Type I
(LUC).
We recently completed ROW acquisition for a sidewalk project that called for additional ROW to be
dedicated with future development. It looks like the Subdivision already includes this ROW. Just in case,
I am copying those involved for their information.
Also, is there any requirement for a Utility Easement south of the ROW?
