Elizabeth St. has a 0' setback and does not require a utility easement behind the walk. We recently completed ROW acquisition for a sidewalk project that called for additional ROW to be dedicated with future development. It looks like the Subdivision already includes this ROW. Just in case, I am copying those involved for their information. Also, is there any requirement for a Utility Easement south of the ROW?
