See attached letter from Real Estate Services confirming Parks Planning agreement to allow Willow Street Lofts an easement for surface flow across the United Way Parking Lot. Called out in the construction drawings to reconstruct the Swale to remove any current ponding. Regular maintenance will be completed by the HOA.
