A legal description for a drainage alignment/easement to route stormwater to the City's drainage
swale is attached. A copy will also be sent to Real Estate Services, so that they can prepare the
necessary documentation for an easement between the City and Lagunitas.
See attached letter from Real Estate Services confirming Parks Planning agreement to allow
Willow Street Lofts an easement for surface flow across the United Way Parking Lot.
Called out in the construction drawings to reconstruct the Swale to remove any current ponding.
Regular maintenance will be completed by the HOA. Documentation for the maintenance will
be completed by others. '
Asphalt parking lot is still being proposed.
