Anne, thank you for meeting with me to discuss the architect/design of our Willow Street Lofts Project
in relationship to the Fort Collins Land Use Codes.
I understand what the code says. And I understand, as you must too, that there are various examples
around town of different ways to meet the code requirements.
In our opinion, we have more than met the requirements articulated in the code, especially if you use
reasonableness in your interpretation and are not selective in picking examples of the architecture
around town.
Accordingly, I would like to meet (the three of us) and discuss whether or not we have applied a
reasonable interpretation of the codes to our project, given the fact that many different interpretations
and views are possible.

PS --- In light of the "fourth floor" rooftop deck for the third floor residential units in the commercial
building, we will be providing a Shadow Analysis.
