Subject: street improvements for Willow St. Lofts and NACC
Hi all,
In the last few weeks, City staff has been reviewing the design for Willow Street Lofts and has found, as
we suspected might be the case down the line back when we were reviewing NACC, that the streetscape
improvements aren't matching up very well between the projects. I'd like to get everyone listed above
around the table to discuss how we can arrive at a mutually beneficial solution now that we have more
information on the capital improvements project and both projects are further along in their design.
am available Wednesday afternoon (1:30-5pm), Thursday afternoon (3-5pm) and all day Friday at this
point.
