to grant an easement to Comcast and Qwest for same.

Number 82 --- Comcast has agreed to vacate existing alley way and relocate their cable to
the City owned landscape area south of the United Way parking lot. City of Fort Collins
has agreed to grant an easement to Comcast for same. Copy of Letter of Intent attached.
Number 87 --- The City had a temporary need to maintain the sewer line in the alley
during the initial construction of the Aztlan Center. That need no longer exists and both
the Aztlan Construction Management and City of Fort Collins Water and Sewer
Department have given us their approval to vacate the alley. Comcast and Qwest have
both agreed to vacate the alley and relocate their cable and telephone lines in the City -
owned landscape area south of United Way parking lot. The City has agreed to grant the
easements necessary to Comcast and Qwest. The Real Estate Department is proceeding
with the vacation of the alley.
