Re: Willow Project / Letter of Intent
To Whom It May Concern:
Upon City final approval of the Willow Project, Comcast agrees to the following:
1. City of Fort Collins shall grant a 5-foot utility easement to Comcast for over,
under and across City owned property immediately north of the vacated alley
(see Exhibit A).
2. To relocate utility cables now located on the vacated alley between Pine Street
and the Aztlan Center to City of Fort Collins' property located immediately north
of the vacated alley (see Exhibit A).
3. The expense of the utility relocation shall be at Lagunitas Giddings, Inc. expense.
4. To allow Lagunitas Giddings, Inc, to install sod, trees and an irrigation system in
the easement area.
5. Lagunitas Giddings, Inc. shall be responsible for maintenance of this landscape
area.
