The project is known as 1310 Laporte Ave. — McKinley Cottages Subdivision Project Development Plan — Type I, File # 35-04A. This is a request to subdivide the existing 25,961 square foot lot into four new lots for single family houses (a net gain of 3 lots). The existing house will remain on one of the new lots and three additional single family lots are proposed. The property is located at the northeast corner of Laporte and McKinley. The property is zoned NCL — Neighborhood Conservation Low Density District. If you have any interest or concern about this proposed project, you are encouraged to attend this public hearing. At the hearing, you will have the opportunity to hear from the City staff and the project applicant about the details of the project. You will also be given an opportunity to state your views about the project. The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
