City Traffic Engineer (970)224-6062 ebracke@fcgov.com "Jeanette K. Cullup" <Jeanette@architex.com> 04/18/05 08:26AM >>> My name is Jeanette Cullup and I am heading up the PDP Submittal for the property at 1310 Laporte for M. Torgerson Architects. The reason I am contacting you is regarding a TIS for this project. This PDP is to subdivide an existing larger lot with one existing single-family residence on the northwest corner of Laporte and McKinley into a total of 4 smaller single-family lots. There will be an addition of 3 residences in relation to this project. Troy Jones in our office mentioned that I should check with you regarding whether a Traffic Impact Study would be required for this submittal. If you could let me know your thoughts on this matter, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you Jeanette Cullup M. Torgerson Architects (970) 416-7431 I of 1 4/18/2005 10:42 AM Traffic Impact Analysis — McKinley Cottages Subdivision In discussion with Eric Bracke of the City of Fort Collins Transportation Department, it has been determined that the traffic portion of the TIS is not required for this submittal. However, David Averill, also of the City of Fort Collins Transportation Department indicated that Pedestrian and Bicycle Level of Service Worksheets would be required. Above mentioned documents are attached.
