[9/27/051 Please move the Light & Power signature line from the Utility
Providers block to the City Signature Block and add Comcast and Qwest to
the Utility Providers block. These outside utility provides (Comcast, gwwest,
Xcel Energy) will need to sign mylars before City signatures.
[7/27/051 In general, either provide information from the dry utilities that
the walls located within utility easements behind the right-of-way is
acceptable, or have these dry utilities also sign off on the construction plan
set. The retaining wall along Lemay Avenue may be of particular concern.
I'd suggest individual follow-up or a utility coordination meeting with the
utilities to ensure there are no issues.
[ 11 / 16/041 The plans specify privacy walls which fall within the typical 15'
utility easement along Lemay Avenue. The utility companies should be
aware and okay this proposal.

[9/27/051 Coordinate the title of the project to be consistent between all
plan sets. The plat is titled "Serrano Townhome" (remove PDP), the site and
landscape plans are titled "Serrano" and the construction plan is titled
"Serrano Townhomes".

[9/30/051 Details are OK. No detail is needed for the connection to the
existing inlet. Although, notes are required to state that the existing inlet is
to be core drilled (not hammered out) and that the connection is to be
grouted.
[7/29/051 Please provide details for the combo inlet and the core drill of
existing type R inlet (grout required).

[10/13/051 Just need to see some sort of elevation, with materials and
colors, for the proposed wall along Lemay Avenue.

[9/23/051 The revised grading plan emailed on 9/23 as well as the grading
plan submitted does not indicate proposed grading on the west side of the
Lemay Avenue retaining wall. The construction plan needs to include a
design for how the retaining wall is to be built. Please provide a note
indicating that the wall is to be a consistent 6' in height along the street side
of Lemay for clarification.
[7/27/051 The retaining wall/screen wall shown along Lemay Avenue on
the grading plan needs to be engineered by a structural engineer and meet
City requirements as it potentially affects the sidewalk along Lemay Avenue.
Please provide more information on the grading plan regarding the limits of
where the wall acts as a retaining wall. In addition, show more detail along
the wall (additional Section B information along the wall).
Number: 47 Created: 7/27/2005
[9/23/051 Carried over as unresolved.
[7/27/051 Structural calculations will be required for submittal for the
retaining wall along Lemay Avenue.
