Continued comment number 3 from Forestry Review 1-7-14:
Please add additional information to Landscape notes number 3 and 4 and Juniper planting detail as
described below.
Add this information to landscape note number 3 and to the Juniper planting detail:
Juniper row will be irrigated by the landscape contractor during establishment, which could take 3-5
years, and warrantied for five years after installation. Irrigation shall be provided through a drip
irrigation system with a minimum of two to three emitters per tree.
Add information to landscape note number 4:
To clarify that permanent irrigation will be provided in some areas please add the following information
to landscape note number 4. Turf areas shall be irrigated with a permanent automatic pop-up irrigation
system. Shrub beds in the private park and at the corner of Maid Marian Court and Little John Lane,
including all trees and shrubs located in those beds, shall be irrigated with a permanent automatic drip
(trickle) irrigation system.

Consider making the earth berm on the downhill side of the juniper row 4 inches instead of 3 inches to
provide for settling and compression.
