The meeting with Steve Slezak on the Serrano Townhomes project will be tomorrow, Wednesday, Feb.
16th at 3:00 p.m. here at 281 N. College. Kevin, if Glen has you covered it's not critical that you be here

Steve,
I think I've coordinated with Glen on what we just worked out for stormwater quality last Friday. But I'll be
glad come to a meeting if you want. I could come the 16th after 3:00 or the 17th after 10:30am or
1:30pm.

I have just finished talking with Steve Slezak on the telephone about his Serrano Townhomes project. He
is of the belief that he has satisfied the 50% requirements for the project and is entitled to be scheduled
for and be heard at an administrative public hearing. There seems to be a gap in the communication
between Steve and the City, and possibly even his consultants, regarding the status of his project.
It is my strong opinion at this time that we meet face to face with Steve and his consultants and resolve
the outstanding issues to a point where we can agree or not agree to schedule a hearing for him. It is
becoming frustrating for all involved (staff and developer) to be working unilaterally by phone or e-mail
without a unified understanding or position. At the meeting we (City staff) need to be very clear about what
information is still needed (if that is the case) before we can schedule the Serrano Townhomes for a public
hearing.
Please let me know if you are available sometime yet this week for a meeting. Some times that work for
me are:
* Wednesday, Feb. 16th, in the afternoon
* Thursday, Feb. 17th, morning or afternoon
* Friday, February 18th, morning or afternoon
Look forward to hearing from you
Steve
