Dear Resident
On Thursday, March 31, 2005, at 6:30 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as possible),
in the Current Planning conference room at 281 North College Avenue*, Fort
Collins, CO., the City of Fort Collins Hearing Officer will conduct an
administrative public hearing to consider a development proposal in your
neighborhood.
This is a residential project known as the Serrano Townhomes, Project
Development Plan. The request is for a total of eighteen (18) dwelling units on
2.3 acres. There will be six (6) buildings, each containing three (3) 2-bedroom
dwelling units. The buildings will be a combination of one (1) and two (2) stories
high, with tower elements three (3) stories high. The towers will be a maximum of
32 feet in height.
This proposed project is located at the southwest corner of South Lemay Avenue
and Boardwalk Drive. Proposed access to the development site is from
Boardwalk Drive. The property is zoned LMN, Low Density Mixed -Use
Residential in the City's Land Use Code.
The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official
records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between
occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected
property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor
of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
