Department: Zoning Issue Contact: Peter Barnes Topic: Zoning Number: 1 Created: 11 /8/2004 [11/8/04] Per Section 3.8.13(B) of the LUC regarding co -location: I don't believe the applicant has adequately documented their attempts to co -locate with Sprint. Documentation should include correspondence from Sprint explaining why they are proposing to charge a monthly rent that is 3 times the going rate. If indeed Sprint is going to charge that much, then Sprint needs to explain why they aren't in violation of 3.8.13(B), since it would appear that they may be trying to exclude Nextel from using the same location. Site plan doesn't show setbacks, and narrative doesn't state if the poles is designed to topple.
