Please provide curve data for all curves. Topic: General Comment Number: 19 Comment Originated: 03/25/2014 03/25/2014: Based on the number of deeds for right of way and easements that will need to be filed, you might reconsider platting the property. By platting all of these dedications could be done in one document. Please note: It may take some time to review these legal descriptions, once they are prepared and submitted for review. If this will take place in the near future could Light & Power wait to set streetlights along Taft Hill until the widening takes place? If this will take place in a year or two from now should we go ahead and set the streetlights now and have them relocated in the future? Who will pay for the relocation of streetlights in the future? Contact Light & Power Engineering to discuss installation of streetlights. 970-221-6700 Comment Number: 8 Comment Originated: 03/25/2014 03/25/2014: Light & Power needs an approved electronic copy (Autocad version 2008 or older) of the site plan and utility plan submitted to TCOX@FCGOV.COM. As per page A-1 of the Architectural Site Plan, it is clear emergency access relative to future school expansion will have to be revisited and adjusted again at some point. No action need be taken now. I'm making the comment so it's on your radar for future planning purposes. Please contact me at any time should you wish to discuss this further. Standard deed language will be provided to the owner. There is an additional TDRF fee of $250 per easement/right-of-way to dedicated easements/right-of-way by separate document.
