Screening rooftop mechanical equipment. - We will provide adequate screening by adjusting the parapet height to block line of sight to the roof top units. Slater Paul will provide a section showing line of sight form the perimeter of the property. 2. Planting street trees in the public right-of-way along all four public streets. - We will provide the trees along Taft in Phase I of the project and will continue providing the suggested tree's in future phases. I hope that the City will find this acceptable as our current budget is really being stretched to get the school into phase I. The future phases will be supported with additional enrollment that in turn will allow for a budget that can incorporate these items. 3. Add al notes per the City Forester. - Please see below under Meeting Note Comments. 4. Re -construction three handicap access ramps to meet current A.D.A. requirements. - This work will be completed and has been indicated on our site and civil plans. 5. Showing on the Site Plan the on -site circulation system per Ward Stanford's comments. - This will be completed as discussed in our meeting. Meeting Note Comments a. Comment Number 1, Street Trees- Global Village Phase I has included in the budget the costs for planting the trees along Taft Hill Road. As you are aware, we have a very tight budget and would like to address the additional trees and the additional plantings be incorporated in the future expansions. Please let us know if we can work this out. b. Comment Number 2, Future Statement- It is the intent of the school to work with the City of Fort Collins to provide approved landscaping in the future phases. c. Comment Number 3, Silver Trails Driveway - We will work to get the additional landscaping and planting of these trees in phase I. We are working with our Civil Engineer to best address the issue with the neighbor in regards to the potential for exiting vehicle lights shining in the neighbor's
