Staff has reviewed your submittal for WTE - AT&T WIRELESS, 1107 CITY PARK AVENUE
(LIQUOR DEPOT) - TYPE I (LUC), and we offer the following comments:
ISSUES:
Department: Current Planning Issue Contact: Anne Aspen
Topic: General
Number: 2 Created: 8/23/2004
(8/23/04] It appears that the WTE is proposed to be placed such that its visibility will be
minimized from Elizabeth St. and City Park Ave. However, the location is on top of the taller
portion of the building, and there isn't sufficient information in the submittal to tell how this
would look from the adjacent apartments to the south. Can you please indicate on your
plans and with a photo how far away the apartments are, how tall the apartments are and
how the proposed WTE will appear in relation to them, similar to how you did it from the
Wendy's and from Elizabeth? I want to verify that it won't adversely impact a residential
neighbor. Aside from that, I have no comments.
Number: 6 Created: 9/3/2004
[9/3/04] As a follow up to the previous comment, I did a site visit and based on the facts that
there is quite a bit of distance between the apartments, the WTE will be higher, not lower
than the apartments and that there are no windows looking out of the apartments towards
the proposed WTE placement, I see no conflicts with the WTE placement and the
apartments.

new meter is required.

[8/27/04] This establishment currently has no bicycle parking. A bicycle rack consistent with
LUC section 3.2.2.C(4)(a,b, and c) will need to be installed in conjunction with this
development.
