Cindy We, your neighbors listed below, in January of 1999, formed a Joint Venture and purchased two parcels of land, the legal descriptions of which are attached to this letter. We purchased the land because it came up for sale from developers whose intent had been to put multiple -dwelling, low-income housing on it but chose not to do so at that time. We felt it was important to keep our neighborhood's current appearance and use (residential acreage), therefore we formed the Joint Venture and purchased the land. Since that time we have been approached several times by developers from the City of Fort Collins who want to put subsidized housing on the land and wished us to sell the property to them. It was always our intent to separate the land into three equal parcels, one for each of the partners in the Joint Venture and we would like to do so at this time.
