when this project goes to hearing. They would carry more weight if your name and address were on them.

To whom it may concern. I am a 20 year long homeowner in the neighborhood of
the proposed dividing up of this single lot at 1310 Laporte into 4 separate
lots. This will change and hurt the character of this area. I live and own a
home in this area because of the nice size lots and the old style character of
the homes and cannot understand why this high density proposal would be allowed
to happen, in my opinion degrading the character of the area and hurting
neighboring properly values. Why does lining an individuals pocket have to come at
the expense of the near and adjacent homeowners? Thanks for allowing me to
