Hi Denise,
No it is not too late. They have not resubmitted yet. I hear that they plan to in the next day or two. Once
they do, staff will review for two weeks. If all is in order after the two weeks, a hearing will be scheduled a
minimum of two weeks out from there to allow for public notification.
Also, there are two variance requests that have been sought by the applicant (one regarding paving the
alley and one regarding the classification of Laporte Avenue) but these are not topics of the hearing.
Variance requests are handled internally by Engineering staff. You may be thinking of last fall's request
for modification for the minimum lot sizes which was denied. There is no modification of the Land Use
Code Standards this time around. They intend to meet the standards. The hearing will be on the actual
site design and proposed project.
Hope that helps clarify.
Anne

Hi Anne,
Is it too late for me to submit a letter regarding the variance request?
When is the hearing?
Thanks,
Denise
