Hi Jenny,
I just wanted to thank you again for the support concerning this property.
We had our neighborhood meeting concerning subdividing that property last night
and beside the density issue - they want to build 3 additional houses on that
lot- the repeated concern was the renters. I felt even better after hearing
all their concerns as well. Mike tried to tell us that he was just the middle
man, not responsible for the renters, that a lady name Cindy Durand, found
them and was responsible for their behavior. He flipped -flopped with his
stories more than any politician! Also mentioned was the horrible shape of the
yard. The weeds are very high. Who do we talk to about that? We are forming a
group of concerned neighbors. I am going to Ann's office to pick up a copy of
the minutes as well as a list of the people who were there so that we may
continue the dialogue.
Do you have any advise about making our opinions known about the proposed
subdividing of the lot? Is there anyone specific we should talk to, write
letters to, etc? Well, thank you again for the help with the noise complaint.
