The third item on the agenda is a project proposal for your neighborhood known as 1310 LaPorte Avenue, Modification of Standard, File #35-04. This is a request for a modification of Land Use Code Section 4.6(D)(1) to allow a reduction in minimum lot size (6,000 square feet) for four proposed lots in the NCL, Neighborhood Conservation Low Density zone district. The site is located at 1310 LaPorte Avenue, on the northeast corner of LaPorte Avenue and McKinley Avenue. If you have any interest or concern about this proposed project, you are encouraged to attend this public hearing. At the hearing, you will have the opportunity to hear from the City staff and the project applicant about the details of the project. You will also be given the opportunity to state your views about the project. The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
