Aaron,
I've checked internally here with Engineering and Planning regarding changing Showline Road to
Housmer Drive and there are no concerns. Tara Leman in Planning will ensure the name is reserved in
case another development is seeking the same road name. At this point, it should just be verified across
all the submittal docs (plat, landscape, site, construction drawings) that the name is correctly changed.
Thanks for your attention on this matter.
With regards to submitting final mylars we should be good to go. I'll be looking for letters of approval from
the remaining utilities regarding the wall placement along the Lemay Avenue utility easement and that
Northern tweaked the information shown on regarding the Lemay Avenue design. Other than that and the
aforementioned name change we should be good to go.
Thanks,
Marc P. Virata, P.E.

Marc,
After speaking with emergency services this morning, we have decided to
change the name of Showline Road to Housmer Park Drive. This name is
not found in the Larimer county street inventory system, and should
satisfy the request for a different name. Is there someone that I
should notify of this change besides yourself? Beyond this change, and
the changes that Nick is doing on the engineered drawings, are you ready
for us to submit our final mylars for the project? Thanks again for
bringing this name to our attention,
Aaron Everitt
