Re: Lemay Avenue Estates
Dear Aaron,
I received your letter regarding Lemay Avenue Estates and offer the following
comments:
1. The City Of Fort Collins Electric Utility has facilities and capacity within the area
to serve this development. Upon request, we will coordinate with your designee
to complete an electrical design for this development.
2. The proposed fencing along Lemay Avenue will not impact the electric facilities
as we are located in the right-of-way between the curb and gutter and the
sidewalk.
