The Citys review of these plans and eventual sign off will provide that. Sheri >>> "Troy Jones" <troy@architex.com> 02/17/05 05:19PM >>> Sheri, This is a follow up to our conversation this afternoon in your office regarding an easement that was dedicated as part of the Greenstone PUD Phase 2. The Easement was apparently dedicated to the "public," which based on our conversation would mean that the City is the grantee. The easement is off -site of the Greenstone PUD site, however Anitabelle Graese signed the plat, and thereby seems to have dedicated the easement. Please see the attached PDF file of the plat sheets, and zoom -in jpegs of the language on the plat pertaining to the dedication of the easement. It is my understanding that you are planning to have a conversation with Mike Herzig regarding this, and that if your assumptions are correct, the City won't require a letter of intent for the impacts that the Lemay Avenue Estates would have on this easement, since the City is the grantee of the easement. Please let me know when you know for sure about this.
