G'morning Steve:
Just took a quick look at this packet of info. prior to the project going to hearing ... forgive my memory
lapse as this may have been resolved earlier, but doesn't Tract D need to be specified as a Public Access
Easement to avert any trail access issues in the future? Perhaps I'm missing something in the planset,
but I'm not finding any language on the plat or otherwise that specifies this.
