A parcel of land being the North Half of the Southwest Quarter (N 1/2
SW 1/4) of.Section 18 Township 6 North Range 68 West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian, except that portion conveyed in a Deed recorded in
the records of the Larimer County Clerk and Recorders Office at
Reception No. 93041378, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State
of Colorado, and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest Corner of Section 18 and and assuming the
West line of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 18 to bear North 00 degrees
06 minutes 07 seconds West, being a grid bearing of the Colorado State
Plane Coordinate System, North Zone, North American Datum 1983/92, a
distance of 2699.18 feet, with all other bearings herein relative
thereto:
Thence North 00 degrees 06 minutes 07 seconds West along said West line
a distance of 1349.59 feet to the South line of the North 1/2 Southwest
1/4 of said Section'18 and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.

Southwest 1/4 of said Section 18 and the Westerly prolongation of the
