standards and built with concrete from the street gutter back to the Right of Way line.

09/18/2013: It appears that the sidewalk and sidewalk chases along Lake Street will be removed and
replaced. The sidewalk chases need to be replaced to our updated chase standard which includes
concrete flares for the chase crossing to allow more room for pedestrians crossing the plates.
Comment Number: 7 Comment Originated: 09/18/2013
09/18/2013: It is unclear from the grading plan if more than 750 square feet of drainage is draining out
of the proposed driveway. If this is the case than this flow needs to be drained through a sidewalk
chase to the side of the driveway instead. Please denote what the dark hatch is along the proposed
driveway into the site.

09/18/2013: Please include the City of Fort Collins standard details for handicap ramps, driveway,
sidewalk chases, etc.
